Clinics
We offer a wide range of clinics at the practice, including:
Antenatal Clinic
Wednesdays 9.00am – 1.00pm
Patients are seen at the surgery by the community midwives by appointment and GP referral only.
Baby Clinic
Fridays 11.00 – 12 noon
The baby clinics are run by the doctors and the practice nurse.
They offer developmental checks, immunisations and an opportunity to discuss any other issues arising for children up to the age of five years.
Family Planning Clinic
You can book to see the GP or practice nurse for contraception and any other family planning issues.
Well Woman/Man Clinic
We offer cervical screening and sexual health management, for which you will need to book an appointment with a doctor or practice nurse.
Minor Surgery
Minor surgery is available from the doctor. You will need to book an extended appointment with the doctor's authorisation for a procedure.
Non NHS Examinations
The doctors are happy to carry out non-NHS work at an appropriate cost.
For example:
Private insurance/employment medicals
Driving licence medical examinations etc
Passport signing and verification
Private letters 'to whom it may concern'
Flu Clinics
These clinics are held annually for at risk patients.
Vaccines are usually available in October. You can call to book in to the clinics if you suffer with any chronic disease or if you feel that you may be at risk. We recommend that all patients over 65 have an injection annually.
Yellow Fever Vaccinations
This service is offered at the practice as a private service.
