HOW DO I....Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

We require 48 hours' notice for all repeat prescriptions.
These are usually for patients taking long-term medication.
A repeat slip is attached to all repeat prescriptions for your convenience when re-ordering.
We do not accept repeat prescription requests over the phone; this helps reduce the margin for error and wastage when items are not required.
All requests must be made by using your repeat slip or in writing.
